Ottis Amber , 2023
Ottis is made in a Ramato styte, this Amber wine is made with NC grown Pinot Gris grapes. These grapes are then fermented at high heat allowing a four day soak on the skins. Named after our mini Australian Sheppard, Ottis, son of Ellie Mae. Fun Fact: the name Ottis translates to son of Otto, just like our big beautiful oak tree, OTTO!
