"Planted in 2016 on a Geneva Double Curtain (GDC) Trellis system in the middle Pisgah block. Dry, fermented in stainless steel and bottled in April of 2024. 200 case production. Vidal Blanc, an American hybrid grape, is a cross between Trebbiano and Seibel, another hybrid. Vidal Blanc was first produced by Jean Louis Vidal with a goal to make Cognac. At Marked Tree we grow Vidal to make a dry, white wine in the style of Sauvignon Blanc as well as several other wines. ”
